Who Is This Guy?

"Life is long if you know how to use it."

Lucius Annaeus Seneca (c. 4 BC – AD 65), Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, and dramatist

Tim is obsessed with what aging specialists call squaring the curve — living life all-out with little or no decline toward the end, and then experiencing a short (and hopefully contended) demise, a life where "healthspan" equals lifespan. This obsession has resulted in three college degrees, more injuries than he can count, personal and professional quests in more than 40 countries, and a bucketful of exhilarating highs and gut wrenching lows.  His loving and long suffering wife accurately refers to it as his "25 year (and counting) midlife crisis".

But that's not all...

So, what's the rest of the story?
